Click here for a handy guide that should guide you through the complete process, starting with registering an account. If you already have an account, ensure you’re logged in and start at Step 3.
Not yet! Subscribing (the form on the home page, the pop-up, the Newsletter page, or the event and yoga class pages) puts you on the newsletter list, which means you’ll get regular updates from Sarah about yoga life, but it isn’t connected to the Heart Song Online Studio. To become a studio member, go here.
No. You may have an account if you’ve purchased anything on Sarah’s website or registered for an event, but you will need to become a studio member to gain access to the Online Studio. An account is required to become an Online Studio member.
It is a bit confusing! Here’s the deal:
Newsletter subscription: you’re on a list to receive Sarah’s emails about yoga life, classes and events. Newsletter subscription is free. Subscribe here!
Account registration: you’ve got an account on sarahcollin.com, allowing you to purchase spots in events like Soul Spas and retreats and, if you choose, become an Online Studio member. Account registration is free. You’ll be prompted to create an account if you wish to make a purchase or join the Online Studio.
Online Studio membership: you’re a member of the Heart Song Online Studio, giving you access to Sarah’s catalogue of online classes and resources plus a weekly Studio-exclusive email. Online Studio membership is paid and has different levels of access to suit your needs and budget.
You need to register an account in order to sign up for the Online Studio.
You don’t need to be on the general newsletter list to have an account or Online Studio membership.
If you aren’t sure whether Online Studio membership is for you, new members can sign up for a free trial, or you might subscribe to Sarah on YouTube to get an idea of what she offers. Note that YouTube subscription is separate to newsletter subscription! Sarah doesn’t release event news on YouTube.
No problem! Click here to reset your password with either username or email address. If you’ve forgotten your username and your email address, try to create an account with your current email, and if there is already an account registered, you should be prompted to reset your password. If you still get stuck, please contact us.
Generally, no. Sarah is a solo operator running small, boutique events and the cost of even one cancellation can make an event unviable. It’s not just the ticket cost. There are extra transaction fees, additional administration time, the need to re-advertise the open spot, and the impact on catering and the group dynamics of having people missing.
That said, Sarah does sometimes have wait lists and will accommodate you if she can in extenuating circumstances. For full details on the refund policy, please click here.
