with Sarah Collin
Welcome to your own mini retreat to run as often as you like in your own environment. Gentle yet powerful therapeutic yoga practices, relaxation and meditation will help you unwind, relax and reverse the effects of stress on all levels of your being.
Chronic stress causes all sorts of problems including high blood pressure, headaches, muscle pain, heartburn and poor digestion. It even weakens our immune systems.
The good news is the effects of stress can be not just managed, but reversed. Join yoga therapist and teacher Sarah Collin for an all-online, on-demand program of gentle movement, deep relaxation and restorative practices.
Therapeutic or restorative yoga raises your healing potential by getting you back in touch with yourself, restoring balance and harmony on all levels of your being. It is a self-empowering process that will guide you to awaken your own innate ability to heal yourself. In this half-day program, we will soothe the nervous system and promote deep relaxation with restorative asanas, breath work and self-enquiry.
Restoring Rhythms Online is yours to complete as many times as you want! Pay once and have lifetime access to this wonderful, restorative online retreat.
The program is designed to run as a half-day personal retreat. Proceed through the sessions in order for the best effect. Repeat it as often as you like, or even repeat individual videos to suit your routine if you wish.
Approximate time to complete: 3 hours (allow extra time if this is your first experience of the program to properly set up your space and pause/rewind instructions as needed)
You may wish to allow time for a meal break between the Deep Restoration and Relaxation & Meditation sessions.
I also recommend journalling as a wonderful way to deepen your practice and gain new insights. Allow extra time for this after each activity.
You will need an internet connection to stream the video content.
Full details of equipment required are included as a downloadable list in the course, but at a minimum you will need:
- Enough space to move (at least 2m x 2m clear floor space) in a well-ventilated location
- Yoga mat
- Large bolster
- 3 x wool or cotton blankets
- 2 x blocks
- Whatever you need to lie comfortably on your back (pillow, socks, etc)
We recommend Stretch Now (affiliate link) for quality yoga equipment. A good yoga kit is an investment that will give you many years of enjoyable, effective practice!
This program is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. No previous yoga experience is required; simply allow a little more time to pause videos and arrange props or repeat instructions.
Lifetime lasts for the lifetime of the Sarah Collin website. Rest assured we’re not going anywhere any time soon!
