Imagine the experience
It’s Friday, October 24th. You’ve loaded your bags and are driving, maybe with a friend, to your weekend retreat. As you settle into the drive, the beautiful trees of WA’s south west and the spring afternoon sunshine begin to soothe and calm your whole being.
By the time you pull up in Premalaya’s driveway, you’re smiling. You feel the serenity of the property as you take your bags to your light-filled, spacious apartment.
In no time at all, you’ve unpacked, put your goodies in the fridge and are relaxed and excited for the evening. You wander off to your pre-booked sauna or massage. Or perhaps you pour yourself a drink, sit on your private balcony and take time to “be”.
There’s plenty of time to enjoy a pause before meeting the group for a delicious ayurvedic dinner at 6.30pm and then surrendering to a sound bath to ensure you have the best night’s sleep.
Finding Soul Space is all about you.
You choose what to attend and how to spend your time. The retreat offers morning yoga, relaxation, and meditation.
Home-made morning tea is provided each day, taken at a leisurely pace, giving you time to enjoy the company of like-minded souls as you soak up the relaxed outdoor setting alongside the studio.
On Saturday, Sarah will share the power of Vedic chanting and meditative vocal toning, leading you into soulful chanting experiences.
You might like to stay cocooned at Premalaya for the weekend, retreating deep into your soul space and making simple meals in your apartment, or you might choose to take an outing to a local winery or cafe on Saturday for lunch or dinner as the program gives you space for whatever your soul desires.
After you’ve enjoyed whatever delights you arranged for your Saturday dinner, you are welcome to enjoy the open fire in the outdoor area on Saturday night. Sit with Sarah (who loves a good fire) and let the evening unfold in great company and conversation. Sometimes less is more.
Sunday will begin with morning yoga and chanting. Then it’s time to go back to your apartment to pack up and check out by 10am, but the retreat is not over. After checking out, we enjoy another delicious leisurely morning tea and a couple of hours to do as you choose. Take in another sauna or massage, go for a spring walk or simply enjoy some time to reflect before our ayurvedic lunch.
After lunch we will come back to the yoga studio to enjoy a deep relaxation and mini sound bath before our closing circle ceremony.

Catering & Accommodation
The modern, airy rooms are arranged in fully equipped apartment/chalets with two rooms (each with their own bathroom) and shared kitchen/living areas. Linen is provided.
Catering is provided for Friday dinner, morning tea both days and Sunday lunch.
You will need to provide your own breakfasts, Saturday lunch and Saturday dinner, either by bringing your own food to prepare or travelling to a nearby eatery. There are cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from Premalaya.
A single room is one person to a room – you will not be sharing your bedroom or bathroom with anyone.
You will enjoy, embrace and discover more about yourself with every retreat so just book in and do it!

Sarah Collin combines over thirty years of experience in wellness coaching, energy healing, sound therapies and therapeutic yoga.
Sarah is known as a change agent. What to bring
You will need to bring your own yoga equipment. We recommend:
- Yoga mat
- Bolster
- Meditation cushion
- Blanket
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Anything else you need to lie comfortably for relaxation
- Water bottle
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
When to arrive
Check in is available from 3:30pm on Friday.
Dinner starts at 6:30pm, after which there will be an opening ceremony and sound bath.
You will need to check out of your apartment by 10am Sunday, and the program continues in the yoga studio.
The program concludes at 2:30pm on Sunday.
It’s hard to put into words how grateful I feel for having attended this retreat. So I won’t…you’ll just have to come and experience it for yourself – you won’t regret it!

Requirements
No yoga, chanting or meditation experience is required to attend this event. Sarah’s teaching accommodates all levels of experience, flexibility and fitness.
Please be aware that you will be asked to remove your shoes in the yoga studio. You may leave your socks on if you prefer.
