You will need an internet connection to stream the video content.
Full details of equipment required are included as a downloadable list in the course, but at a minimum you will need:
- A board to build your vision collage on
- Pictures to make the vision board
- Pens, scissors and glue
- Access to a printer
- Space to do yoga and work on your vision board
