Why is a class easier?
Because it is guided.
Because it is structured.
There are other benefits to a class, including social interaction, entering a special space, and learning from others, but they don’t contribute to the ease of a class. When we say we can’t maintain a practice outside of class because ‘we need the social interaction’, that’s not entirely true. We might like the social aspect. But it’s not why we can’t maintain our own practice.
In this course, you’ll learn:

- How to motivate yourself to do it! And stick with it
- How to become your own guide
- How to structure your practice
- How to establish the space you need
- How to maintain social connection
- Where to find resources to learn what you need
It’s time to get clear about what you want and how to achieve it.
The lessons can be taken at your own pace, however some of the exercises require a week of note-taking to complete.
